Clyde & Co’s business support teams work towards promoting the firm not only as a provider of legal services, but as a cutting-edge business. Their activities are important for internal and external audiences, as they support lawyers’ business roles and help to build and maintain client relationships.
We aim for the highest level of training for our business support staff, so that they can continue to perform beyond their call. At the moment, training is given to individuals on an ad hoc basis by external providers, though our L&D strategy is to provide them year-round. We will shortly introduce a Management Development programme for managers and team leaders and comprehensive skills training for our secretaries.
