In town centre regeneration, our work includes schemes for the developers in Walton, Peterborough, Brighton, Newcastle and Coventry and in Bedford and Staines for local authorities. We are involved in substantial urban regeneration projects such as the development of Lots Road Power Station in Chelsea, Convoys Wharf Deptford and Baltic Business Quarter, Gateshead, a 55 acre urban regeneration project in partnership with Gateshead Metropolitan Council.
