Our Fraud team would like to invite you to a live virtual mock trial on the 20th September. You can watch and engage with the Lawyers as they re-enact using an actor the story of what initially appeared to be a simple personal injury claim by a husband and wife but turned into a something quite remarkable.

You will get the chance to see the Claimant being cross examined when faced with the potential finding of fraud and how a remote trial is handled from start to finish.

The event will also give all attendees a chance to gain greater understanding of how our Project Martello counter fraud strategy provided the tools to present the evidence at trial in the most compelling way.

The live mock trial will be held using GoToWebinar. No specialist software is required, you just use your web browser to view the session.

We have also condensed the action to ensure that the trial will be engaging but still realistic and informative for all attending.
