As the scale and complexity of P3 megaprojects increases, so does the risk of litigation. Recent rail infrastructure projects across the country have ended up in arbitration and civil litigation. These disputes include quantity and scope growth claims, claims made before project completion, and Covid-19 related claims. By identifying the issues common to these disputes, we better equip ourselves with the tools to resolve them.
