About our webinar series:

The whiplash reforms will trigger seismic changes in the low value motor claims market, both for claimants and insurers. As of 31 May 2021, the Official Injury Claims Portal (OICP) will be expected to handle all claims falling within its scope. However, it is apparent that there are questions remaining around the operation of the OICP despite the publication of both the Pre-Action Protocol and Guide to Making a Claim. In our webinar series we address questions on various elements of the operation of the OICP.

For further information regarding the whiplash reforms please contact Mark Hemsted, Partner and Head of Motor mark.hemsted@clydeco.com, or your usual Clyde & Co representative.
