Clyde & Co is delighted to announce that Sandra Sinclair-Hughes will join the firm's energy team as a partner in London.
Sandra joins Clyde & Co from Watson Farley & Williams where she was a partner in the international project and structured finance group. Sandra specialises in providing advice to offshore E&P contractors, service companies, owners and oil companies in relation to various project agreements conversion, installation, lease and operating and supply contracts.
Her work spans a breadth of geographical jurisdictions including Norway, Brazil, Indonesia, Yemen, Africa, the Middle East and China. She also regularly provides advice to financing institutions, investors, project sponsors, contractors and operators in respect of asset and project finance transactions.
