Energy Essentials Legal Training Course: The M&A Outlook for 2021

Overview

We are delighted to invite you and your colleagues to our 7th Energy Essentials Legal Training Course, tailored for in-house counsel, contract managers and commercial managers in the energy sector.

This year, the training course will take place virtually and we are spreading our usual full-day event across six 1 hour sessions, each taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in March - all of which qualify for CPD in the UK.

Our fifth session will be on the M&A outlook for 2021, and will be an interactive panel session with commercial views from M&A advisors and investment professionals operating in the oil & gas sector.
