She maintains a practice that focuses on commercial and civil litigation, professional liability, construction disputes and insurance defence.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Gurinder gained extensive experience in the construction industry by managing and supervising various residential construction projects in Vancouver.
Gurinder obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. During her undergraduate studies, Gurinder participated in a practicum with a boutique corporate/commercial firm, where she provided research assistance in several practice areas, including criminal, business and corporate law. While attending law school, Gurinder concentrated on insurance, corporate and commercial-related courses.
In her spare time, Gurinder enjoys exploring the outdoors and baking.

Dasmesh United FC Society, Soccer Coach and Athlete, 2010-2016
A non-profit soccer society that is organized, administered, and operated by volunteers serving the Greater Vancouver area. Gurinder volunteered as a soccer coach for youth girls’ teams and assisted in the organization of youth and adult summer soccer tournaments held in Vancouver and Surrey, BC.
Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre Society, Volunteer, 2015
A charitable organization whose mandate is to provide programs and services in health, human rights, culture, education and recreation to indigenous people of all ages in Vancouver. Gurinder volunteered for the Elder’s Program as an assistant cook and assisted in the organization of the Annual Urban Aboriginal Children’s Back to School Backpack Program.
