Rosie Hart joined Clyde & Co in 2007 and is a Legal Director in the Energy Engineering Marine and Construction Insurance team.

She has a broad practice in the marine and energy insurance sectors acting for insurers on coverage and subrogation, and for insureds and insurers in relation to defence of liabilities. A large part of her practice involves advising energy insurers and reinsurers in respect of claims under construction and operational policies.

She has experience of litigation, mediation and arbitration in London and supervises cases in other jurisdictions around the world.

Her experience also includes advising on bespoke and market insurance wordings.
