Natalia's practice focuses on professional indemnity and commercial litigation. Her extensive experience covers all aspects of litigation, having initially practiced as a barrister from 1997 to 2003.
Since leaving the bar she has specialised in representing solicitors, accountants and other professionals in civil and regulatory proceedings. She has handled high value disputes and claims brought against a wide variety of professionals and acted in policy disputes. She regularly acts for professional indemnity insurers across the insurance market. She has taken cases to trial and represented clients in mediations.
Natalia has higher rights of audience in all courts across the UK and Wales.
