We specialize in claims arising out of weather events, construction losses, cyber attacks, fire, outages, and product failure scenarios.

Our third party capabilities include extensive experience representing insurers in a wide range of lines such as traditional and miscellaneous professional liability policies, technology and media liability policies, cyber policies, and general liability policies.

We provide coverage advice related to directors and officers and corporate liability for securities claims against public and private companies and financial institutions, including monitoring of securities class action claims under federal and state law. Our lawyers are also appointed to defend insureds in liability cases such as construction defect, products liability, and premises liability matters.

Additionally, we advocate for businesses in high-stakes and cross-border commercial disputes involving negotiations, arbitration or litigation. The practice of our Atlanta office has routinely required its lawyers to litigate in state and federal courts throughout the United States as well as Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

Clyde & Co is one of the largest international law firms in the US. With 15 offices across the country, we are well-placed to help clients succeed in a volatile world in which managing risk requires experience across a range of business areas and economies.
