Egypt’s new Labour Law No. 14 of 2025 was published on 3 May 2025 in the Egyptian Official Gazette to replace the current Labour Law no. 12 for 2003. The New Labour Law aims to overhaul outdated regulations and align Egypt’s labour framework with modern economic and social developments.
