Barakat, Maher & Partners in Association with Clyde & Co advised Contrack for Operations and Maintenance and its affiliate on the strategic acquisition from Lamar Holding Arabia in Advanced Qudra, a company specialising in facility management services.
As a result of completion of the transaction, Contrack and its affiliate will hold a significant stake in Advanced Qudra. This strategic transaction is expected to strengthen Advanced Qudra's service offering and create additional opportunities to deliver solutions that cater to the rising demand for premium facility management services.

As well as closing the successful securitization deal, Capital for Securitization on the microfinance portfolio of Erada Microfinance valued at EGP 718 million in January 2025.
