Barakat, Maher & Partners, in association with Clyde & Co, has advised Awaed Real Estate Investment Fund in connection with its second issuance through a private placement to qualified investors.
The issuance targeted a total subscription amount of EGP 1.77 billion, comprising 17,728,114 investment certificates at a nominal value of EGP 100 each, and was fully subscribed, reflecting continued investor interest in the Fund and the Egyptian real estate investment funds market.
