Clyde & Co welcomes Shain Wasser as Partner, bolstering insurance and litigation capabilities

Clyde & Co is pleased to announce that Shain Wasser has joined as a Partner, bringing a rapidly expanding defense practice and a proven track record of building high-value insurance relationships across the United States. Shain joins from Kennedys, where she played an instrumental role in the opening of the Los Angeles office and oversaw significant growth in her practice.

Shain’s practice spans complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, with significant experience defending against general liability matters, with an emphasis on high exposure/catastrophic injury matters where she is often retained as trial counsel on the eve of trial. Shain's practice also includes the defense of insured losses in construction, property damage, hospitality, transportation, first-party property and habitability. Shain regularly monitors complex litigation, including national coordinated matters.

She brings extensive experience handling first-party, property, habitability, and general liability matters, with a strong emphasis on high-value claims and complex coverage disputes.
