    Acting for Grainger on the set up of Connected Living London and the proposed developments of four sites in London at Southall, Arnos Grove, Montford Place and Cockfosters. This is a major joint venture which intends to construct over 3,000 new build to rent homes across London.

    Acting for two separate private investors on converting their existing Central London office buildings to hotels including advice on vacant possession strategies, development constraints and planning matters.

    £195m residential development in Manchester

    Advising Salboy on the redevelopment of the former Boddingtons Brewery, Manchester, with an estimated Gross Development Value of circa £195m, to comprise 556 new homes for sale and rent, 31,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, together with amenity space.

    Advising UK investors, developers and operators on delivering independent retirement communities

    Our living team have advised a number of investors, developers and operators on the development, operation and financing of a number of independent retirement communities and has a particular specialism in advising new entrants to the market.

    Grainger residential joint venture

    Advising Grainger on the corporate, real estate, construction, planning, tax and associated specialisms on the initial set up of Connected Living London, a significant joint venture to deliver over 3000 new BTR units, and the subsequent proposed development of four sites in London at Southall, Arnos Grove, Montford Place and Cockfosters.

    Joint venture with Welborne Development on new homes in Hampshire

    Acting for Welborne Development on a development site in Hampshire to deliver over 6,000 new homes including advising on establishment of the joint venture and negotiating crucial utilities infrastructure agreements to supply heat, electricity and telecoms.

    Specialised advisory service to Vita Group on numerous PBSA/BTR assets

    Advising Vita Group, on the forward sale, financing, development and associated tax issues on a number of PBSA/BTR assets including a mixed use scheme in Edinburgh and a BTR scheme in Birmingham.

    Acting for U+I Group Plc on numerous residential led mixed use regeneration projects, including Preston Barracks, The Deptford Project, Clapham One, Bromley South Central, The Old Vinyl Factory, Circus Street, Brighton, Sittingbourne Town Centre, Holborn Library and the regeneration of a 24-acre site adjacent to Piccadilly Station.
