John-Mark Brenda is focused on developing a broad-based litigation practice with an emphasis on liability and excess insurance coverage. As a member of Clyde & Co's Liability & Excess Coverage practice group, John-Mark is expanding his experience in complex insurance coverage and defense matters, with a strong interest in the strategic and analytical aspects of this evolving area of law.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, John-Mark gained diverse legal experience across multiple practice areas. During a 1L internship, he was introduced to employment law, building a foundation in workplace-related legal issues. Subsequently, John-Mark spent significant time at a boutique personal injury firm beginning in the 2L summer, where the practice primarily focused on plaintiff-side litigation involving sexual assault matters. This experience provided meaningful exposure to sensitive, high-stakes litigation and sharpened advocacy, research, and case management skills.

John-Mark brings practical litigation experience and a thoughtful, client-focused approach, and is committed to continuing to develop as an attorney while contributing effectively to the firm’s coverage practice.
