Andrew Cota is a member of our Trial & Defense practice group and works with clients to assess risk early, understand exposure clearly, and resolve disputes with confidence.
Andrew’s prior experience includes working closely with an international e-commerce company, where he defended claims involving general liability, transportation, and complex torts. In addition, he specializes in matters pertaining to premise liability, property damage, and New York Labor Law. Andrew has a strong record of analyzing liability, damages and potential litigation outcomes, and he uses this insight to guide clients toward practical and commercially grounded decisions. He also ensures strategies remain aligned with client objectives, with a consistent focus on efficiency, clarity, and predictable outcomes.
