Jordan is a litigator in the Toronto office with a breadth of in-court experience. Her practice focuses on commercial, municipal and insurance defence law, including property, host and occupiers’ liability, as well as complex coverage issues.
Jordan represents clients on a wide range of complex litigation matters, including commercial and municipal law, product liability, host and occupier’s liability, coverage challenges, and subrogated claims. With substantive courtroom experience, she has appeared before various levels of Canadian courts and tribunals, and has acted as counsel at complex jury and judge-alone trials, appeals, hearings, motions and applications.
An active member of the wider legal community, she sits on the Toronto Lawyers Association Advocacy Committee and regularly contributes to various publications. In addition, Jordan acts as duty counsel for Pro Bono Ontario and champions the Clyde & Co Pro Bono and Social Impact Committee.
