Her experience includes assisting clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate advisory matters. She has worked with clients operating in the healthcare and technology sectors. 

Amina graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management in 2025, from the University of Ottawa, Canada.

Prior to joining the firm, Amina interned at a top-tier law firm in Cairo. During her time in Canada, she contributed to pro bono work at the Ontario Legal Information Centre, conducting legal research across various sectors including real estate and agriculture. 

Amina is fluent in Arabic, English and French.

Capital Markets and Securitization

• Assisting Capital for Securitization and Bedaya Mortgage Finance Co (Bedaya) on the issuance of EGP 843 million securitization bonds issuance for the mortgage portfolio of Bedaya Mortgage Finance CoBedaya.
• Assisting Capital for Securitization on the issuance of EGP 718 million securitization bond isuance, split into three tranches, in consideration for the microfinance portfolio s for the portfolio of Erada Microfinance.

Technology & Telecommunications

• Assisting a US space technology company on consumer protection requirements related to the sale of its terminals in Bahrain.
• Assisting a US multinational corporation and technology company on the launch of its AI project in the Middle East and Africa.
• Assisting a UK emerging market fintech platform with the launch of telecommunication products in Egypt.
• Assisting an American company on the regulatory framework for launching AI systems in Saudi Arabia.

Healthcare

• Assisting a world leader in using data, technology and advanced analytics in healthcare on the launch of a healthcare project in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on healthcare regulations, data privacy, and legislative compliance. 

Corporate and Employment

• Assisting a Dutch information services company with the transfer of employees from the company to a different subsidiary.
• Assisting a publicly traded company in the US engaged in the development and manufacture of optics systems and other specialty engineered products on the company’s liquidation and Board of Directors' management.
• Assisting an independent humanitarian organisation on the preparation of an Employment Rights Guide to support Refugees in Egypt
• Assisting a world leader in using data, technology and advanced analytics in healthcare in navigating dispute resolution in Jordan.
