Robert is an experienced Healthcare and Inquest Associate at Clyde & Co in the London Office, joining the firm in March 2026 from another national firm.
His work focuses on advocacy in legally and factually complex multi-party inquest hearings for healthcare and care home clients. He also advises on mental capacity law including Court of Protection litigation, as well as a wide range of healthcare regulatory matters including regulatory investigations, internal serious incident investigations, and policy formulation.
Since qualifying in 2022, Robert has excelled in inquest advocacy guiding professional witnesses and healthcare organisations through the coronial process ensuring they give evidence with confidence and precision. In this field Robert has represented NHS Trusts, prison healthcare services, private hospitals, care homes, and GP practices, as well as individual doctors and nurses.
