Eugénie Jaussaud is a Counsel in the Paris office of Clyde & Co.
She advises and represents French and international companies and their insurers in both advisory and contentious matters. Her practice focuses on insurance law, civil liability and industrial risks, including construction, product liability and professional liability matters, including lawyers’ liability.
She assists clients in complex disputes before state courts and in arbitration.
As a member of the Fine Art & Specie team, Eugénie has also developed a practice in art law.
Eugénie holds a Master’s degree from the Universities of Aix-en-Provence and Montpellier. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, she worked with leading insurance law firms before joining Clyde & Co in 2021.
