Kinshuk has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the education, energy and natural resources, healthcare, financial services, transportation and logistics, and technology sectors.
Kinshuk is a licensed lawyer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and admitted to practice as a solicitor in India. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from the Government Law College, Mumbai, India, in 2011.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Kinshuk was senior legal counsel at a leading Shari'ah-compliant investment group in Dubai, overseeing private equity investments across the GCC, India, and the US. He has also worked at a top-tier law firm in India advising on private equity, M&A, and real estate financing.
