Mohamed is widely recognised for his expertise in corporate and commercial matters, with extensive experience in corporate restructurings and cross-border transactions. He regularly supports regional and international clients on complex governance, regulatory and contractual arrangements across Egypt and the wider Middle East.
He has advised on a wide range of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the pharmaceuticals, automotive, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, industries and technology sectors.
Mohammed is admitted to practice law in Egypt and is registered with the Egyptian Bar Association.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Mohammed previously worked for leading Egyptian law firms where he advised on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across a broad range of industries.

- Acting as lead legal adviser on a capital increase exceeding USD 55 million for a major pharmaceutical company, including regulatory approvals and corporate governance structuring.
- Advising a leading automotive software company on obtaining the first license in Egypt for the importation of experimental vehicles.
- Advising global telecommunications company on corporate governance, contractual frameworks, and regulatory matters relating to managed services, connectivity, and cross-border operations in Egypt.
- Advising a multinational investor on free zone and special economic zone structures, including incorporation, licensing, ongoing compliance, and interaction with governmental authorities.
- Advising multinational industrial company on debt capitalisation, and shareholder loans, including filings before competent regulatory authorities and advising same on corporate aspects of dispute mitigation strategies arising from regulatory, administrative and state-related matters.
- Advising a global IT corporation on complex joint venture arrangements, including drafting and negotiating heads of terms, shareholders’ agreements, and governance frameworks.
