Jessica specialises in professional liability and financial lines disputes. She regularly advises insurers and represents insureds in claims arising from the alleged negligent provision of professional services, including claims against auditors, directors, insurance professionals and construction professionals. She has advised on some of the most substantial claims against professionals in the region.
She has extensive experience across a wide range of dispute resolution forums, including court proceedings, mediation, judicial settlement conferences and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Jessica also advises on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual matters. She has significant experience dealing with regulators and handling regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings, including those involving the AFRC, SFC, EAA and IA, as well as related regulatory matters.
In addition, Jessica advises clients on non‑contentious matters, with experience in insurance claims management, policy drafting, advising on policy wording and complex policy coverage issues.
