Jordan is a litigation lawyer with experience acting for insurers, corporations, and individuals in a broad range of civil disputes. His practice focuses on insurance defence, coverage, and commercial litigation, including negligence claims, occupiers’ liability, property damage, construction disputes, professional liability, subrogated claims, and contractual disputes.
Jordan has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and assists clients with complex disputes through practical, strategic advocacy grounded in careful legal analysis. In his insurance practice, he advises on liability, damages, coverage, indemnity, and defence strategy, with a focus on efficient resolution and clear, client-specific advice.
Before entering law, Jordan worked in Calgary’s oil and gas and technology industries. That experience gives him insight into the operational realities and commercial pressures facing businesses, and informs his practical, business-focused advice.
Outside of work, Jordan is an experienced mountaineer who spends his time climbing many of the tallest and most demanding peaks in the Canadian Rockies.
