• Liability: Acting on behalf of a general liability insurer in claims arising from workplace injuries sustained by employees and sub-contractors.
• Professional Indemnity: Acting on behalf of insurance brokers in proceedings arising out of claims for breach of professional duty for the failure to place correct or adequate insurance.
• Professional Indemnity: Acting on behalf of insurance brokers in various proceedings involving alleged breach of professional duty for the failure to advise client of the existence of silicosis exclusion within policy. 
• Professional Indemnity: Acting for architects and project superintendents in proceedings involving alleged breaches of duty relating to major infrastructure projects in New South Wales.
