Graham is based in Glasgow and has specialised in Employment Law almost exclusively for 28 years. He is known for his commercial approach in assisting a variety of clients on all aspects of employment law. He has a particular interest in discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and social media issues.
He has for several years been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as both a specialist in Employment Law & Discrimination Law.
Graham is also known for his negotiation skills and expert advocacy skills. He conducts a variety of training and is regularly asked to write articles on employment law issues.
