Mark Mandelker

Mark’s practice includes insurance coverage, insurance litigation, and commercial litigation matters. He has represented insurers, businesses and individuals, as plaintiffs and defendants, for a variety of matters including claims involving product liability, construction defects, municipal liability, contractual disputes, commercial and residential tenancies and condominium law. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Small Claims Court.  

Mark obtained his JD from the University of Windsor. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, he worked at a boutique, litigation firm in downtown Toronto focusing on subrogated claims and was the team leader for matters falling under the Repair and Storage Liens Act. Mark articled at a large, multi-national law firm in downtown Toronto in its litigation department. Prior to becoming a lawyer and being called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, Mark obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) and worked as a corporate and tax law clerk.
