Michael O'Hearne is a litigator on Clyde & Co’s Trial & Defense practice group, where he represents businesses in high-exposure liability cases. Before joining the firm, he worked on plaintiff-side class actions involving IP, privacy, and false advertising. With international work experience in China and Argentina—and the ability to speak both Chinese and Spanish—he brings a globally informed perspective to his advocacy and case strategy.
