Gabriela Pacada

Gabriela (Gabbie) Pacada is a member in the firm’s Aviation Liability practice group, where she focuses on automotive warranty litigation. Gabbie has extensive experience representing automotive manufacturers in state and federal consumer warranty actions.  She has defended clients through all stages of litigation, including motion practice and discovery management.  Her practice also includes defending tenants in eviction defense matters and negotiating on behalf of individual clients. 

During law school, Gabbie developed her litigation skills as a judicial extern to the Honorable Garrett Wong of the Superior Court of San Francisco.  She also served as an Honors Intern with the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she gained experience in regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.

Prior to attending law school, Gabbie served as the Consular Assistant to the Honorary Consulate of Belgium in Honolulu and Special Assistant at the U.S. Senate.
