Katie is an Associate in Clyde & Co's leading Construction Professional Indemnity team. She acts for a range of construction professionals, including major design and build contractors, consultants, and engineers, on construction claims and related insurance disputes. She works on complex, high-value claims with a particular focus on litigation (including pre-action disputes) and alternative dispute resolution, and has experience with trials in the Technology and Construction Court and the Commercial Court.
Katie also advises insurers on complex coverage issues arising from professional indemnity and construction all risks insurance policies.
