Matthew Ruff brings vast experience in litigation with a focus on negligence claims, premises liability, products liability, and toxic torts. Matthew has experience representing individual insureds, as well as business entities in personal injury claims.
Prior to becoming a personal injury litigator, Matthew represented Chapter 7 debtors through the McGeorge Bankruptcy Clinic. He was also fortunate enough to extern for, now retired, Chief Justice Ronald H. Sargis of the US Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California.
Prior to Matthew’s legal career, he was a member of the University of California, Berkeley’s NCAA Division I varsity baseball team.
