Charlie is an Associate in Clyde & Co's Marine Insurance team.

He advises international insurers on a broad range of marine insurance, shipping and international trade matters, including cargo recovery, carriage of goods, marine casualty, general average, salvage and fine art claims. He also has significant experience advising on policy coverage and liability issues under marine policies.

Having completed two London market secondments, Charlie has first-hand experience of the insurance market from the perspective of both claims adjusters and in-house legal teams.

Charlie acts for clients in disputes across a range of arbitral and litigation forums, both in England and across other key maritime jurisdictions.
