Hillary completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) at the University of Sydney and was admitted to the legal profession in August 2025.
Her work experience includes working as a paralegal at a boutique construction law firm, as well as spending two and a half years as a paralegal in a defendant statutory insurance team in a leading national practice.
She then joined as a Law Graduate and then Associate at Clyde & Co, settling in the Professional and Financial Disputes team, a team specialising in professional indemnity (with a particular focus on construction professionals) and personal injury disputes (both litigated and unlitigated). Her experience at Clyde & Co has been enhanced by a six-month secondment at Chubb backed strata insurance firm, Longitude Insurance, where she managed the personal injury/public liability and defence expenses portfolio, alongside assisting with the management of strata claims.
