Mahmoud drafts and reviews all types of court documents and memoranda. He also regularly advises clients in connection with matters related to trade law, the civil code, labor law, and the law of the central bank of Egypt, as well as on the procedures of registering real estate properties and enforcing legal judgments. He has strong expertise in Egyptian laws and procedures.
Mahmoud is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Tanta University in 2018.
Mahmoud is fluent in Arabic and English.

- Advising Capital for Securitization on the EGP 1,780,500,000 securitization bonds issuance for the mortgage portfolio of Bedaya Mortgage Finance Co. (Bedaya), the third tranche in the programme with an expected total value of EGP 10 billion.
- Advising Capital for Securitization on the EGP 1,415,500,000 securitization bonds issuance for the mortgage portfolio of Bedaya Mortgage Finance Co, the second of its kind within a programme of an aggregate value of EGP 3 billion
- Advising Capital for Securitization and Bedaya Mortgage Finance Co. (Bedaya) on the EGP 843 million securitization issuance for Bedaya, the first tranche of what is expected to be a total of a four-tranche programme with a value of EGP 3 billion.
- Representing airport logistics systems company in a dispute before Egyptian courts amounting to USD 750,000.
- Undertaking legal procedures for a company working in geographic measurements and analytics in relation to a claim amounting to USD 270,000.
- Providing advice for a company working in professional and consumer products in relation to adopted legal procedures against one of the companies that committed fraud and misuse of trademark.
- Assisting in the representation of a company working in entertainment projects against a construction company due to non-payment of agreed amounts reaching USD 22.5 million arising out of the contract.
- Providing advice for a company working in advertisement in relation to legal procedures filed against it and arising out of a disputed work that violates the literary property rights.
- Providing legal opinion to a big construction company in relation to the legal consequence arising out of early termination of the contract due to other party’s breach of its own contractual obligations.
- Assisting in the representation of a series of restaurants located in KSA in relation to trademark registration.
- Assisting in the representation of a company working in health products in KSA in relation to trademark registration.
