We are delighted to announce the new date for our fifth Global Legacy Claims Conference.
Colleagues from our UK and US legacy disease teams will be joined by leading medical and market experts to consider some of the key challenges facing the global legacy market.
Our keynote speaker is Dr John Moore-Gillon, one of the world’s leading experts in occupational respiratory conditions, and currently Chairman of the Strategy Group overseeing the Mesothelioma Research Network set up by the British Lung Foundation, and Medical Adviser to the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on occupational diseases of the lung.
With a particular focus on UK-wide issues, our market-leading UK disease team will share their insights on the current and future trends facing the market, and looking further afield, our US-based legacy disease team will join us to provide first-hand experience of the current trends in US litigation, particularly around Talc claims, and also the increasing surge in PFAS claims, and other “toxic torts”.
The event will commence with a networking lunch at 12:15pm and the conference concludes with drinks at 5:00pm.
