  Acting for Arada London on the development of 100 Chalk Farm Road, a £140m GDV mixed-use scheme comprising PBSA, affordable homes and commercial space adjacent to the Grade II listed Roundhouse.

  Acting for BPS Purestone on its sets up as a new joint venture, and the acquisition and financing of its first assets, 80-85 Tottenham Court Road W1 from Derwent London for £32.6m.

  Acting for Native Land Limited on the acquisition, joint venture and long-term real estate and estate management structuring of Bankside Yards, the UK’s first fossil fuel-free major mixed-use development at Blackfriars, comprising 1.2m sq ft and valued at c.£2.5bn.

  Acting for Regal by Arada on the development of Orchard Wharf, London. This is Regal by Arada’s largest development site to date and will include an urban freight logistics port designed for last-mile distribution; 217 affordable homes; 1,365 PBSA beds; retail and a Visitor Centre.

  Acting for Regal London

  Acting for Regal London on the £230m cross-border sale of a majority stake in the Regal group to Arada, a Dubai-based developer backed by Saudi and Sharjah royal family members. This highly complex transaction marked Arada’s entry into the UK residential market.

  Acting for Welborne Land Limited

  Acting for Welborne Land Limited on the phased sale of the first three parcels of its landmark new settlement near Fareham, Hampshire, involving the development of circa 600 residential units within a wider scheme delivering over 6,000 homes. The work forming part of a £2bn+ GDV master-planned new town.

  Advising on luxury Salboy and Nobu arrangements for Viadux 2

  Acted for Salboy Central Limited on Viadux Phase 1 and Phase 2, including completion of apartment sales, negotiation of agreements with Nobu for the operation of a hotel, restaurant and branded residences, and planning and highways documentation for a high‑profile mixed‑use development in central Manchester.

  Oxford University Developments

  Advising Oxford University Developments (a joint venture between Oxford University and L&G) for a new development at Begbroke to provide circa 800 new university linked accommodation units, 60 acres of residential for sale housing, 6 acres (circa 300,000 square feet of faculty space) for Oxford University and a 30 acre extension of the science park.

  Acting for U+I Group Plc

  Acting for U+I Group Plc on numerous residential led mixed use regeneration projects, including Preston Barracks, The Deptford Project, Clapham One, Bromley South Central, The Old Vinyl Factory, Circus Street, Brighton, Sittingbourne Town Centre, Holborn Library and the regeneration of a 24-acre site adjacent to Piccadilly Station.

  Advising Grainger plc on their landmark Connected Living joint venture with TfL to develop a portfolio of residential BTR schemes across London. We also advised Grainger on their development joint venture with the London borough of Lewisham.
