Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced the hire of Penrose Foss as a partner in its market-leading London-based accountants' liability and regulatory investigations team.
Penrose has been the General Counsel of a major accountancy firm for a decade. She has extensive experience of advising at Board level on major risk management issues as well as defending complex, high value professional negligence claims, large scale regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings. Prior to her work in the accountancy sector, she worked as a government lawyer, advising ministers on private and public law matters. Penrose will work alongside Partners James Roberts, Tim Crockford and Simon Konsta as well as highly experienced Of Counsel Andrew Forsyth.
