Our partner Eva-Maria Barbosa will speak on the panel “Rough terrain vehicles: How MGAs can navigate Europe’s uneven regulatory landscape,” where she will join a panel of industry experts to break down how MGAs in Europe can best handle a fissured and fragmented regulatory environment.

FASE, formed in 2025, represents the interests of MGAs operating across Europe. The federation aims to connect MGAs with capacity providers, brokers, investors and service providers, while sharing best practices. Clyde & Co is partnering with FASE, to provide members with market insights and educational resources.
