Penelope was called to the Singapore bar in 2019, and has experience in acting for and advising a variety of clients in the industry, such as leading commodity trading firms, charterers, marine insurers in a range of cross-border disputes. Penelope has experience in representing companies before the Singapore Court, as well as experience in SIAC, SCMA, FOSFA, GAFTA and ICA arbitrations.
Apart from her experience in disputes-related matters, Penelope is also experienced in non-contentious work and often assists international clients in drafting and reviewing charterparties, sale and purchase agreements and other standard term agreements.
