Anthony provides specialist advice on cyber security management, navigating crisis response strategies, engaging with regulators and responding to data protection issues across the full cyber incident lifecycle.

Anthony's international experience ranges from advising on e-commerce, telecommunications, privacy and data security regulations in Sydney, advising on European data protection regimes and compliance programs for businesses while based in London, to advising on commercial and corporate matters while in New Zealand.

Anthony has particular expertise in implementing technical and operational solutions at the enterprise level. Anthony has been the lead data protection advisor on a number of cyber security incidents, privacy breaches and strategic projects involving technology, information assets and complying with new data protection regulations.

Anthony advises on a wide range of data security and information asset matters for New Zealand, Australian and international organisations by drawing on the extended Clyde & Co network to provide a global service.
