Ian is a Partner based in Clyde & Co’s Bangkok office. He provides insurance advice to local and international insurers and reinsurers, assists major hospitality companies and construction companies. Ian is also an international arbitration specialist with extensive experience in all forms of dispute resolution.
Ian is ranked Band 1 by Chambers APAC 2023 for Insurance (Thailand). He is also ranked as a “Next Generation Partner” by Legal 500 APAC 2023 for Insurance (Thailand) and Dispute Resolution: International Arbitration (Thailand). He is named on Legal 500’s Arbitration Powerlist – South-East Asia and Asia Legal Business ranks him in Thailand’s Top 100Lawyers.
