Roberto Rodriguez is a member of Clyde & Co's Energy, Marine, and Natural Resources practice group. Roberto's practice focuses on defending domestic and international insurers and insureds in matters involving personal injury onboard vessels and energy projects, cargo damage or loss during land and water transit, motor carrier and broker liability, and property damage and business interruption losses.
Before joining the firm, Roberto represented a wide range of companies in wrongful death and catastrophic injury litigation, including premises owners, product manufacturers, trucking fleets, hotels, municipalities, and a waterpark. This experience allows Roberto to effectively evaluate risk, identify liability pinch points early, and develop litigation strategies that align with the client’s risk and business objectives.
Fluent in Spanish, Roberto is also adept at working with clients and witnesses across multiple industries.
