Ms. Vienneau’s practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage advice and monitoring both in Canada and in the USA. She represents insurers in all aspects of insurance coverage, including the assessment of coverage, negotiation of coverage disputes, risk/liability analysis of underlying disputes, mediation and resolution of underlying actions. She has coverage experience with respect to general liability, E&O, tech, product recall and property insurance policies.
In 1996, Ms. Vienneau started her career in Montréal where she was defending professional liability actions. In 2000, she joined a law firm located in California where she represented the interests of insurers in multi-party insurance coverage disputes. Her cases mainly involved construction defects and environmental matters in which substantial amounts of money and complex coverage questions were at issue. In 2010, she resumed her practice in Montréal by joining our office.
