Sorawat’s main areas of practice are Insurance & Reinsurance with extensive experience advising on healthcare, professional liability, engineering, energy, property, directors & officers, financial institutions, and product liability.
He is also a litigator with over 12 years PQE and extensive experience in litigation in both Thai Courts and Arbitration (TAI, ICC, SIAC), including pre-arbitration proceedings. He is regularly appointed by insurers to defend litigation claims on behalf of the insureds. His litigation experience extends to legal enforcement in accordance with judgement.
