Bushra advises on complex aviation and transport matters, working with clients operating in the aviation, financial services, government and public sector, insurance and reinsurance, technology and transport sectors. Her practice focuses on aviation liability, regulatory and government advisory, private aviation transactions, aircraft leasing, and asset enforcement, including aircraft grounding, repossession and export under the Cape Town Convention. She also advises on wider transport and mobility matters.

Bushra is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and is qualified with the Jordanian Bar Association. She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Sheffield and a dual Master of Law and Business from Bucerius Law School and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Bushra spent over 13 years at one of the largest regional law firms in the Middle East, where she led the aviation practice within the transport and insurance department and developed a multi-disciplinary regional practice.

Bushra is fluent in Arabic and English.

• Advising multinational technology companies on transport of dangerous goods, data privacy and regulatory compliance across the GCC, including emerging frameworks for mobility platforms and logistics operations.
