Fatima Arrazki is an Associate in Clyde & Co’s corporate group and is based in the Riyadh office. She advises investors, Saudi and multinational corporations on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), restructurings, corporate governance and general corporate matters in Saudi Arabia.

Fatima has advised on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions representing clients operating in the energy, food and beverage, industrial, payment solutions, real estate and telecommunications sectors.
She is admitted as a lawyer to the Paris bar.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Fatima has worked as an in-house lawyer in a family office based in Dubai and as an associate for five years at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris.
Fatima is fluent in French and English.
