Khaled has represented clients in a wide range of forums, including leading arbitration institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, CAS, and FOSFA, as well as litigation proceedings before courts in England & Wales, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, the DIFC, and ADGM.
Khaled began his career in Abu Dhabi working primarily on high value construction disputes in the onshore Abu Dhabi Courts, before joining Clyde & Co in 2020, working on arbitration disputes in the insurance, energy and construction sectors in England & Wales and the UAE.
Khaled is fluent in Arabic and English.
