Kimberly Reppart maintains a broad civil litigation defense practice, representing insurance carriers and corporate clients in matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith, serious injury and wrongful death, UIM defense, premises liability, trucking and transportation claims, and property disputes.
Kim brings extensive experience in defending high-value claims from initial investigation through trial and appeal. Her recent successes include securing summary judgment dismissals, obtaining published appellate decisions, and achieving favorable jury verdicts.

Representation of a large, well-known general contractor on a construction defect subrogation case tried in Spokane County. After a two-week trial, the jury returned a multi-million dollar verdict in favor of the client.
